The Interaction Mechanism between Politics and Economy in China-ASEAN Relations

以政治经济互动为视角,在探寻中国—东盟从"磋商伙伴和全面对话伙伴"到"面向21世纪的睦邻互信伙伴关系",再到"战略合作伙伴关系"的阶段升级和发展过程的基础上,揭示了中国—东盟以政治合作为先导,经济合作为主体的一种全面的、多层次的良性互动合作关系,并探讨了中国—东盟在"十加一"合作框架下结成合作伙伴关系,通过一系列的对话、协议、合作平台等合作形式,协调运行、互相影响、互为促进,为中国—东盟合作关系从"黄金十年"走向"钻石十年"提供了借鉴。

This article presents from the view of the interaction between politics and economy. By explo-ring the upgrading and developing relations between China and ASEAN at different stages, it reveals a compre- hensive and multilayer interactive and cooperative relations between China and ASEAN, with political cooperation to blaze the trail and economic cooperation in the dominant position. This article also discusses China-ASEAN cooperative partnership under the ＂10＋1＂ cooperation framework. Through a series of dialogues, agreements, cooperation platforms and other forms of cooperation, the interactive mechanism between politics and e- conomy and its operations were established for the two sides to coordinate and influence each other as well as pro- mote bilateral virtuous interaction between politics and economy.
