Analysis on TPP's Rule of Trade in Services and China's Response

TPP对服务贸易的影响深远,不仅对各成员的服务业市场开放形成强有力的约束,而且通过示范、引导甚至争端解决等方式,明晰表达美国利益诉求和习惯做法,以此影响全球服务贸易转向美国等主要发达经济体主导的做法,甚至可预期影响未来WTO等现有国际规则。面对TPP带来的新变化,我国需要做出积极有效的应对,为中国的服务贸易发展创造更大的空间和更好的发展环境。

TPP has a big influence on trade in services. It not only governs the service market opening for its member countries, but also clearly presents American appeal for interests and usage by the way of demonstra- tion, guidance and settling dispute. Therefore, it leads the global trade in services to the way of America or other major advanced countries, and even affects WTO or other present international rules in the future. Facing to the new change from TPP, China needs to make a positive and effective response and create more space and better en- vironment for development of china＇s trade in services.
