在分阶段概述印度联邦政府为建立市场经济体制而出台的各项改革措施基础上,对印度渐进式制度变迁带来的经济绩效提升与有待解决难题进行了总体评价,并且就市场化制度变革和新制度的建立,在多大程度上能够降低原有制度结构中的低效率问题进行了探讨。最后,对印度市场化制度变迁给中国提供的启示与借鉴问题进行了探讨。

It is based on the divided three periods in which the Indian Federal Government carried out the measures of setting-up Indian market system. This paper gives an all-round evaluation on both the economic per- formance and the problems caused by the gradual institutional change, at last, analyses what inspiration can be drawn by China from India and what references can be made to China.
