深化福建自由贸易试验区与台湾自由经济示范区对接合作研究

Promotion of Integration between Fujian PFTZ and Taiwan FEPZ

自由经济示范区是台湾当局推进经济自由化的重要政策,已经取得一定成效。福建自贸试验区与之对接,应以两区产业发展与空间布局为重点,以贸易投资自由化为目标,加强对接顶层设计,加大金融创新力度,打造闽台产业联盟,优化投资环境建设,积极构建立足闽台、辐射"一带一路"、面向全球的自由贸易协作区,推动两岸经济融合发展。

The Free Economic Pilot Zone （FEPZ） plan is a major policy of Taiwan authorities to promote the economic liberalization, has achieved some success. To integrate Fujian Pilot Free Trade Zone （PFTZ） with Taiwan＇s FEPZ, we should take spatial layout and industrial development of both zones as a primary considera- tion, gradually promote the institutional cooperation targeting at trade and investment liberalization, enhance top-level design for the integration, increase the intensity of financial innovation, build industrial alliance be- tween Fujian and Taiwan, optimize the investment environment and proactively build it into a globalized free trade coordinated region radiating to the ＂One Belt, One Road＂ countries and areas so as to push forward the cross-Straits economic integration and development.
