摘要
全球化使得跨国公司之间的竞争日益激烈,车企全球化步伐的加快提高了对零部件企业的要求.零部件企业要具备全球化属性,不仅要具备参与全球研发的能力,还必须具备全球供货能力.自贸区在进口关税、物流效益、服务质量等方面具有先天优势.本文主要考虑自贸区对跨国公司设立区域分拨中心的决策影响,构建基于网络成本和服务可靠性的双目标物流网络优化模型.通过运用LINGO对模型进行求解,得到了区域分拨中心的选址决策和各个物流节点之间的运量决策.通过对选址结果进行分析可以发现跨国公司更愿意将区域分拨中心设立在自贸区内.通过对需求进行灵敏度分析,验证了模型求解结果的可靠性.
The competition between multinational corporations becomes fiercer and fiercer because of globalization.Automobile enterprises speed up the pace of globalization which increases the requirement for Auto parts enterprises.Auto parts enterprises want to have features of globalization,not only to have the ability to participate in global research and development,but also have the global supply capacity.China(Shanghai)Pilot Free Trade Zone(CSPFTZ)has inherent advantages in the import tariff,logistics efficiency,service quality and so on.Regarding the regional distribution network design considering FTZ as research subject,the minimize operating cost and the highest service reliability as objectives.By using LINGO to solve the model,it is found that multinational corporations is willing to set up the regional distribution center in FTZ.Through the discuss about the sensitivity analysis of demand,model and conclusion are proved to be correct and valid.
