长江经济带城镇化效率测度及时空差异研究 被引量:11

摘要 从资本要素、自然要素、劳动力要素、绿化面积、生态技术、效率产出、城市环境污染等7个要素构建城镇化效率投入产出评价指标体系,采用Malmquist效率指数和DEA-BCC模型,运用DEAP2.1计量软件分析长江经济带城镇化效率.研究结论:1长江经济带城镇化效率的发展具有显著的地区差异性,整体发展为下降态势.2城镇化效率与技术进步效率具有较大的关联性,技术进步对提高城镇化效率具有重要作用.3长江经济带城镇化发展进程中投入变量的非集约较高,在今后的发展中要适当拿捏投入变量. In the present work,the input-output valuation index system for urbanization efficiency was established based on seven factors including capital,nature,labor,green area,ecological technology,production efficiency and urban environmental pollution.The urbanization efficiency in the Yangtze River economic belt was analyzed by DEAP2.1software utilizing the Malmquist index and DEA-BCC model.Results show that:1)the development of urbanization efficiency in the Yangtze River economic belt varies significantly among regions with an overall declince;2)efficiency of technical progress has importance connection with that of urbanization,suggesting that technical progress plays a vital role in increasing the urbanization efficiency;3)the input variables of the urbanization process in the Yangtze River economic belt appear to be highly nonintensive,indicating that proper control is required for input variables in furture development.
