摘要
近年来随着某些内河航道等级的不断提高,通航船舶数量也不断增多,如何降低船舶失控后的撞击风险,保护水上建筑物的安全逐渐成为研究的热点。在分析目前船舶拦载系统发展现状的基础上,介绍了一套全新的"自适应恒阻力船舶拦截系统",它可在大跨度范围内实现对船舶的有效拦截,并能够适应平原河流水位的变化、不影响漂浮物通过。该系统在内河应用尚属首次,可为水上建筑物的大范围防护提供参考。
In recent years,with the continuous improvement of some domestic navigation channel grade and increase of navigation ships,how to protect the structure in water from the hit of the runaway ships has been focused. On the basis of analyzing the current development status of ship interception system,a new self- adaption and constant- resistance ship intercepting system was introduced. The system can effectively intercept the ships in a long- span range without any damages,which can also adapt to the water level variation of plain rivers and without hindering the passage of float. This system is applied in inland rivers for the first time,and its success can provide reference for large- scale protections of the structures in water.
