文章针对纸质科技成果档案管理利用存在的弊端,提出了建设飞行试验科技成果全文数据库,通过对数据库结构模型、标引检索信息的设置、权限设计以及成果利用实现成果数据库的设计,该数据库的建成在实际应用中发挥了重要的作用。

In this paper, aiming at the disadvantages of paper record of achievement of science and technology management proposed construction of flight test of achievement of science and technology, full text database, the database structure model, indexing information retrieval settings, permissions design and results by using results database design, completion of the database in practical applications play an important role.
