摘要
现有的大跨越钢管塔支管间的钢管节点连接形式主要分为相贯焊接、插板连接与法兰连接。本文针对以上3种连接形式存在的强度、刚度与施工等方面的不足,提出了新型钢管塔法兰套管相贯节点的连接形式。基于大型有限元分析软件ABAQUS对不同尺度下法兰套管相贯节点进行了弹塑性分析,研究其受力性能与破坏机理,为该类新型节点设计提供一定参考。
Presently,the majority of tubular joints in long-span steel transmission towers are gusset joints,flange connection and unstiffened joints. The new joint,which is called unstiffened sleeve joints with flanges,was obtained to improve the performance in term of strength performance,stiffness properties and construction method. In this paper,the elastic-plastic finite element method in ABAQUS was applied for the study of failure mechanism and mechanical behavior of multi-scale unstiffened sleeve joints with flanges,which can provide references for the design of these new joints.
