农村生活污水处理问题探析

如何在新农村建设和快速城市化建设的大背景中,逐步提高我国农村地区生活污水处理水平已成为我国环境领域重点关注的问题,也是制约美丽乡村建设的迫切问题。相对于城镇生活污水的集中处理模式,农村生活污水处理存在高成本的特点,因此需要重点关注不同处理工艺的成本有效性问题。此外,还需着重考量处理工艺的选择方法,设施长期管理运营模式以及相应的责任分担机制等。按照我国农村地区地域较广、南北差异大、经济水平较低、农民环保意识差等现有国情,决定了我国农村生活污水处理的问题相比于发达国家要复杂得多。因此,需要对农村生活污水处理的技术有效性和成本有效性进行对比与评判,从理论研究和方法分析2个方面对农村生活污水处理问题进行深入研究与剖析。

How to promote the rural and decentralized wastewater treatment capacity has been an important issues of the environment industry, with the development of the context of rapid urbanization, it is also the key problem of beautiful -country construction. Compare with the centralized wastewater treatment,decentralized wastewater treatment always has a higher cost,then we should focus on the cost effective of different mode,the treatment process,operation mode and sharing mechanism of authority and responsibility, etc. The problems of rural wastewater treatment in China are much more complicated than that of developed country in accordance with the existing national conditions in rural areas of china such as wide area, differences between north and south in China,low economic level,poor awareness of farmers＇ environmental etc, therefore,it is necessary to compare and judge the effectiveness of technology and cost of rural domestic sewage treatment. The rural domestic sewage treatment issues should be research and analysis in-depth from two aspects of theoretical research and method analysis in this paper.
