摘要
探讨了低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)、锡纸3种包装材料对青鲜莲子(莲蓬和带壳莲子)贮藏品质的影响。研究表明,贮藏期间LDPE包装贮藏的莲子腐烂率明显低于锡纸和LLDPE包装贮藏的莲子,第16天时LDPE包装处理莲蓬和带壳莲子的腐烂率分别比锡纸低44.96%、15.00%,分别比LLDPE低46.21%、10.53%。此外,相比其他2种包装材料,LDPE包装处理的青鲜莲子贮藏过程中失水率小、糖分损失少、褐变程度低。
The effects of packaging with LDPE, LLDPE, tinfoil on storage properties of the fresh lotus seeds (lotus and lotus seeds with shell)were explored.The results showed that,in the storage, the rot rate of the fresh lotus seeds packaging with LDPE was lower than LLDPE and tinfoil.At the 16th day,the rot rate of lotus and lotus seeds with shell which packaging with LDPE was lower d4.96%, 15.00% than the tinfoil ,and was lower 46.21%, 10.53% than LLDPE.Besides,in the storage, compared with LLDPE and tinfoil, fresh lotus seeds packaging with LDPE had the lowest weight loss rate, sugar loss and browning degree.
