食品检测实验室建设中存在的问题

Problems Existing in the Construction of Food Testing Laboratory

食品检测实验室在有效履行检测技术保障和监管职能方面发挥了巨大的作用,为此对食品检验室的管理尤为重要。基于此,简述食品检测行业现状,分析食品检测行业及食品检测实验室运行中存在的一些问题,并提出一些改进措施与建议。同时,从风险管理、安全管理、设施和环境、仪器设备管理及质量管理几个方面,论述如何加强食品检测实验室的管理。

The food testing laboratory has played a huge role in the effective performance of the detection of technical support and regulatory functions, for which the management of the food inspection room is particularly important. Based on this, this paper briefly introduced the present situation of the food inspection industry, analyzed some problems existing in the operation of the food inspection industry and the food inspection laboratory, and putted forward some improvement measures and suggestions. At the same time, from the aspects of the risk management, safety management, facilities and environment, equipment management and quality management, this paper discussed how to strengthen the management of food testing laboratory.
