摘要
食品的检验工作能够从根源发现食品安全问题,是保证食品安全的关键所在。但目前的食品检验实验室管理及食品检验质量还存在一些问题,基于此,针对食品检验实验室管理问题与检验质量控制展开研究和讨论。
Food inspection work being able to find food safety problems from the root, is the key to ensure food safety. But the food inspection laboratory management and food quality still exist some problems, based on this, food inspection laboratory management and quality control were researched and debated.
