盲聋儿童的沟通问题及干预述评

A Review of the Deafblind Children' Communication Problems and Intervention

文章从对"盲聋儿童"定义的阐释出发,初步探讨了盲聋儿童的沟通问题及干预对策。盲聋儿童的沟通问题主要表现为沟通范围极其狭窄、缺乏社交经验、依赖沟通辅助人员和难以获取最佳的沟通方式。作为教育者可通过合理评估其沟通能力、为其选择最有效的沟通方式、丰富其沟通经历和体验以及改变沟通环境来帮助盲聋儿童提高沟通效果,发展沟通能力。

Starting with the definition of ＂deafblind children＂,this study makes a primary discussion about the communication problems of the deafblind children and the corresponding intervention strategies. In general,the communication problems include four aspects in the following： narrow communication range,inadequate social experiences,dependent on the assistant persons and being difficult to gain the most appropriate communication methods. In order to enhance the communication effects,we can do some efforts such as assessing the communication ability properly,helping the deafblind ones choosing the best communication methods,finding ways to enrich the communication experiences and changing the communication environment.
