摘要
与正常发展儿童及其他障碍儿童相比,自闭症谱系障碍儿童的自发性沟通行为普遍存在问题,然而国内外目前对如何评估并促进自闭症谱系障碍儿童自发性沟通行为还缺乏系统研究。论文回顾和分析了自闭症谱系障碍儿童自发性沟通行为的概念模型、评估及干预相关循证实践研究,并在此基础上进行了展望。
Lack of spontaneous communication behavior appears to be a consistent problem in individuals with autism spectrum disorder,which is also the concerns of parents and special education teachers,but the study in this area is limited. This article provides a review of issues related to spontaneous communication behavior in children with autism. Three parts of this issue are included: the concept model,the assessment and interventions with evidence- based practice.
