家长执行的自闭症谱系障碍儿童攻击行为干预研究综述

A Review on Parent-Mediated Intervention for Aggressive Behavior of Children with Autism Spectrum Disorders

自闭谱系障碍儿童的攻击行为会影响其学习能力、家庭以及社会功能的发展。以家长为中介的干预策略经过众多实证研究被认为是能够有效减少自闭症儿童攻击行为的方法之一。本研究对家长执行的自闭症儿童攻击行为干预研究进行综述,梳理家长干预的对象、家长干预所使用的方法、评估手段和干预效果,并分析这些方法的优势以及影响实施的可能因素,以期为国内相关研究和实践提供借鉴。

The aggressive behaviors of children with Autism Spectrum Disorders will affect study capacity,family and social functions. It has been demonstrated by many evidence-based researches that parent-mediated intervention is one of the effective interventions for children with autism spectrum disorders to decrease their aggressive behaviors. This article reviews the researches on the parent-mediated intervention for children with autism spectrum disorders,illustrates the participants,the methods and contents of parent-mediated intervention and the results. It also analyzes the advantages and difficulties of the strategy,hoping to give some suggestions for further research.
