摘要
通过对径向珩轮的设计理论的研究,建立其PROE参数化模型,并使用ANSYS对径向珩轮的进行非线性接触应力分析。结果显示,珩齿技术在硬齿面齿轮加工中具有明显优势。
According to the design theory of radial honer＇ s, this paper processes the automated parametric modeling in PROE, and conducts the nonlinear contact analysis in ANSYS. The results show that the gear honing technology has obvious advantages in hard tooth surface gear processing.
