摘要
针对成庄矿排矸立井提升机控制系统的现状,分析变频调速方案,阐述变频调控系统的组成;并参照成庄排矸立井现场的具体情况和电控系统改造的整个过程,显示变频调速的应用效果。实践表明,变频调速硬件简单,可控精度高,具有显著的节电效果。
According to the status of conveyor shaft hoist control system in Chengzhuang Coal Mine, this paper analyzes frequency control scheme and its composition of frequency conversion control system; And refers conveyor shaft site specific conditions and the whole process of the electric control system transformation in Chengzhuang Coal Mine and shows the application effect of frequency control of motor speed.Practice shows that frequency control has remarkable energy-saving effect with simple hardware and high control precision.
