高位钻孔抽放技术在演马庄矿的应用

摘要 通过测定煤层瓦斯含量,分析27131工作面构成和瓦斯涌出源,根据采空区上覆岩层"O"型圈分布原理设计钻孔参数及抽采工艺。该设计及工艺采用高位钻孔抽放技术对采区空和上隅角瓦斯进行抽放,可达到降低工作面采空区瓦斯浓度、避免工作面上隅角瓦斯超限的目的。 This paper analyzes gas emission source and composition of 27131 working face, designed drilling parameters and extraction processes according to "O" type circle distribution principle in overlying rock of mined-out area, and adopted high level borehole gas drainage technology to perform gas drainage in mined-out area and upper comer, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the gas concentration of mined-out area in working face and avoiding gas concentration exceeding limits in upper corner in working face.
