黄素衍生物在有机合成中的应用

摘要 相对于传统氧化还原反应催化剂,黄素衍生物催化的氧化还原反应具有反应活性高、收率高、化学选择性和立体选择性好等优点。综述了近年来黄素衍生物在有机合成中的应用进展,包括硫醚、硫醇、烯烃、环丁酮、醇、硼酸、胺的氧化反应及醛、烯烃的还原反应,并对相关机理进行了讨论。 Compared with traditional redox catalysts,the flavin derivatives have higher reaction activity,higher productive rate and good chemical and stereo selectivity for redox reactions.In this paper,the applications of flavin derivatives in organic synthesis in recent years are summarized,including oxidation reactions of sulfide,thiol,olefin,cyclobutanone,alcohol,boronic acid or amine,and reduction reactions of aldehyde or olefin.The related mechanisms of above reactions are also discussed.
