摘要
以二氨基硫脲为原料,分别与丁酸和异丁酸反应合成烷基取代氨基三唑硫酮化合物,再分别与卤素取代的芳香醛反应合成了4种烷基取代氨基三唑硫酮席夫碱化合物;通过元素分析、红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对目标化合物的结构进行了表征,并初步测定了目标化合物对番茄早疫病菌、烟草赤星病菌、小麦赤霉病菌、西瓜枯萎病菌等4种植物病原菌的抑菌活性。结果表明,目标化合物具有较高的抑菌活性。
Firstly,alkyl substituted aminotriazolethione compounds were synthesized by using butanoic acid or isobutyric acid and thiocarbonyldihydrazide as raw materials.Then,four kinds of alkyl substituted aminotriazolethione Schiff bases were synthesized by reaction of alkyl substituted aminotriazolethione with halogen substituted aromatic aldehyde.The structures of the target compounds were characterized by elemental analysis,IR and 1 HNMR.And their antibacterial activities on four kinds of plant pathogenic bacteria,including Alternaria solani,Alternaria alternata,Gibberella zeae,Fusarium oxysporum were tested.Results showed that the target compounds exhibited high antibacterial activity.
