基于重型卡车的分布式车门控制系统设计

Design of Distributed Door Control System based on Heavy Truck

针对重型卡车车门控制系统中对减少线束、降低成本和智能化控制的要求,提出了一种基于Freescale芯片的智能分布式车门控制系统解决方案。详细介绍了分布式控制系统在车门模块中的硬件电路设计,并给出了软件设计思想。经实验表明,该系统能够准确、可靠的实现预期控制效果,验证了该控制系统的可行性以及智能化。

According to the requirement of reducing wiring harness,lower cost and intelligent control in the vehicle door control system,a new intelligent distributed door control system based on Freescale chip is proposed.This paper introduces the hardware circuit design of the distributed control system in the car door module,and gives the design idea of the software.The experimental results show that the system can achieve accurate and reliable expected control effect,and it verify the feasibility and intelligent of the control system.
