超声多普勒扩谱技术及伪随机码彩色超声多普勒血流成像的研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文把现代先进的扩谱通讯理论和彩色超声多普勒血流成像技术相结合,以形成一种采用超声多普勒扩谱技术的新型血流成像方案。并分析了自行研制的伪码彩色超声多普勒血流成像系统的基本原理,报告了模拟实验和临床实验的结果。着重介绍了对研究血流动力学与血管硬化诊断有帮助的D-M成像方法与实验技术。 <ABSTRACT> This paper combines modern advanced communication theory of spread spectrum with ultrasonic color Doppler blood flow imaging technique, and forms a new blood flow imaging schems using ultrasonic Doppler spread spectrum technique accordingly. The fundamentals are analysed of pseudo- random coded color ultrasonic Doppler blood flow imaging system develop- ed by the authors recently. Finally, successful experiment results are re- ported which include similar clinical examples, focused on unique D-M imaging approach and its experinlent technique which is useful for the study of blood flow dynamics and the diagnosis of arteriosclerosis.
