摘要
TIG焊接工艺可以应用于不锈钢、镍基合金、钛合金等金属材料的焊接。使用活性焊剂可以提高TIG焊接工艺的性能,这种工艺称为A-TIG.对两种焊接工艺进行了对比,分析了焊缝的形貌,焊缝对熔深的影响,以及焊接接头的性能,表明A-TIG焊接工艺具有较高的工程应用价值。
TIG process can be used in the welding of metallic materials,such as stainless steel,nickel-based alloy,titanium alloy.Using activating flux can improve the performance of TIG process. The new process is A-TIG.We analyzed the appearance of welded seam,the effect of flux on penetration,and the properties of the welded joints by comparison of the two welding processes. The study shows that the A-TIG process has the value of engineering application.
