摘要
在筑养路设备制造过程出现了多起标准螺栓批量断裂事故,针对螺栓断裂的常见原因及主要特征进行了分析、归纳。提出标准件的断裂形式主要为氢脆断裂和脱碳疲劳断裂两种失效形态,并对其断裂特征分别进行了阐述。结果表明:螺栓断裂主要受加工过程工艺因素影响,氢脆断裂是由于电镀驱氢不彻底造成,脱碳疲劳断裂是因热处理工艺不当引起。
In road construction and maintenance equipment manufacturing process there have been many batches of standard bolt fracture. In this paper,the common cause and main characteristics were analyzed and summarized.Two main failure modes for standard bolt what hydrogen embrittlement and carbon-induced fatigue fracture have been proposed,and related features are described. Results show that the bolt is mainly influenced by process technology factors,hydrogen embrittlement fracture was caused by incomplete plating hydrogen removal,carboninduced fatigue fracture was due to improper heat treatment process.
