压缩喷射制冷系统研究

摘要 制冷行业是能源消耗大的行业,制冷系统要向节约能源,提高制冷性能方向发展。压缩喷射制冷系统是制冷行业新型的制冷系统,是制冷行业发展的方向。为了使压缩喷射制冷系统在实际得到更好地应用,对压缩制冷系统中的单温压缩喷射制冷系统和双温压缩喷射制冷系统从工作模型、工作流程等方面进行了对比,发现单温压缩喷射系统中的混合压力有最佳值,可以很大程度地优化制冷效果。双温压缩喷射系统中有四种循环制冷模式,其中串联单相模式的制冷效果要比并联单相模式的制冷效果好。并联两相模式的制冷效果要优于串联两相模式的制冷效果。 Refrigeration industry is a big energy consumption industry,the cooling system to the direction of energy conservation, improve the direction of the development of refrigeration performance. Compression ejector refrigeration system is a new type of refrigeration system,which is the direction of the development of refrigeration industry. In order to make compression ejector refrigeration system application in actual get better,this paper on the compression refrigeration system of single temperature compression injection double temperature refrigeration system and compression ejector refrigeration system from working model,work flow and other aspects are compared found single temperature compression system in mixed pressure injection has the best value,can greatly optimize the refrigeration effect. There are four kinds of circulation refrigeration modes in the two temperature compression injection system,in which the refrigeration effect of series single-phase mode is better than that of parallel single phase mode. The refrigeration effect of parallel two-phase mode is better than that of series two phase model.
