曲轴位置传感器能检测上止点信号、曲轴转角信号和发动机转速信号,是电控单元计算点火时刻与喷油时刻的最主要依据之一。以丰田卡罗拉轿车曲轴位置传感器为例,分析了电磁式曲轴位置传感器的工作原理及检测方法,为诊断电磁式曲轴位置传感器的故障提供了一套全面、系统的检测方法。
The crankshaft position sensor can detect the top stop signal,the crank angle signal and the engine speed signal. It is one of the most important basis for the electronic control unit to calculate the ignition time and the fuel injection time. The Toyota Corolla car crankshaft position sensor as an example, analyzes the electromagnetic crankshaft position sensor working principle and detection method,provide a set of comprehensive and systematic detective method for fault diagnosis of electromagnetic crankshaft position sensor.
