摘要
为解决运送900 t级整孔箱梁通过隧道和紧邻隧道口或隧道内架梁的难题,对现有分体式运架设备进行了改造升级,成功研制出了变位平台式运架一体机。介绍了架桥机的改造方案、主梁、导梁结构、技术参数和关键技术,对国产大吨位桥梁运架设备的研发具有重要的参考价值。
Aiming at solving the problems of the transportation of whole 900 t box girders through a tunnel and theerection of the box girder near the portal of a tunnel or even within the tunnel,successfully developed a platform transport frame displacement machine with split the existing transport aircraft equipment for the upgrading.The components of the bridge erector and transformation scheme,technical parameters and the key techniques used for it are introduced in the paper,which is of important referential value for the development of the large-tonnage bridge-transporting and bridge-erecting equipments at home.
