摘要
目的 评价烤结金属烤瓷熔附金属全冠的抗折性能。方法 用烤结金属技术制作基底冠 ,再在其上制作烤瓷冠 ,进行抗折强度测试。结果 以HT、DG、CP三种材料制作的烤结金属PFM的抗折强度分别为44kg、91kg、106kg。结论 烤结金属PFM的抗折强度处于瓷全冠和常规的PFM之间 ,改变颗粒直径、实验条件以减少金属内部气孔 ,可以提高烤结金属的强度。
Objective To evaluate anti-fracture capability of the porcelain-fused-to-metal full crown(PFM) made by sintering precious metal.Methods The basic crown is made with metal-sintered technique and porcelain crown is fused upon the metal crown, then anti-fracture strength is tested. Results The anti-fracture strength of sintering precious metal PFM which made by material HT,DG and CP is 44kg, 91kg and 106kg respectively. Conclusion The anti-facture strength of sintering precious metal PFM is between conventional PJC and PFM . The anti-fracture strength of sintering precious metal PFM can be increased by changing granular diameter and experimental condition to decrease porosity of sintered metals.
