前列地尔对肺心病心衰患者内皮素、心钠素的影响

The influence of PGE1 on serum endothelin and atrial natriuretic factor in patients of heart failure with pulmonary heart disease(PHD)

目的 了解前列地尔对肺心病心衰患者血浆内皮素、心钠素的影响及PaO2、PaCO2,心功能的变化。方法 使用放免法测定40例慢性肺心病心衰患者静滴前列地尔前后血浆内皮素、心钠素浓度 ,同时检测PaO2、PaCO2 及观察心功能变化。结果 肺心病心衰患者的血浆内皮素 ,心钠素浓度显著高于健康组 ( p<0.001) ,静滴前列地尔后血浆内皮素、心钠素显著降低(t=3.82和3.75,p均<0.001) ,36例血气显著改善(p<0.01～0.001) ,39例心衰改善。结论 血浆内皮素、心钠素参与肺心心衰的发生与发展 ,前列地尔能够降低血浆内皮素、心钠素 ,改善血气 ,纠正心衰。

Objective To explore the effect of PGE1 on Plasma endothelin(ET), Atrial natriuretic factor(ANF)and the change of PaO2 , PaCO2 , heart function in heart failure patients with pulmonary heart disease (PHD). Methods The levels of plasma ET and ANF were measured By radioimmunoassay,Meanwhile PaO2 and PaCO2 were detected and heart function was observed preintravenous and postintravenous infusion PGE1 in 40 heart failure patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease. Results The levels of plasma ET and ANF in heart failure patients with PHD increased significantly than those of healthy group(p<0.001). After intravenous infusion PGE1, the levels of plasma ET and ANF decreased significanfly (t=3.82 and 3.75,p<0.001 respectively). Blood Gas improved significantly in 36 patients(p<0.01～0.001). Heart failure improved in 39 patients. Conclusion Plasma ET and ANF both play role in the incidence and development of heart failure with PHD. PGE1 is able to decrease the levels of plasma ET and ANF and to improve blood gas and heart failure.
