摘要
目的 比较曲唑酮和氯丙咪嗪治疗早泄的临床效果。方法 82例早泄患者分两组分别服用曲唑酮或氯丙咪嗪1月。结果 服用曲唑酮的有效率(78 %)与服用氯丙咪嗪的有效率(68.7%)相近 ,曲唑酮对伴有精神因素的早泄效果尤为明显 ,未出现勃起功能减退 ,氯丙咪嗪组有6例出现勃起功能减退。结论 曲唑酮治疗早泄与氯丙咪嗪同样有效 ,但副作用更小 ,对精神因素引起的早泄效果更佳。
Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of trazodone with chlorimipramine in premature ejaculation. Methods 82 patients with premature ejaculation were giren trazodone or chlorimipramine respectively for a month . Results The effectivity rate with trazodone(78%) was similar to that of chlorimipramine(68.7%). Trazodone is especialh effective for the premature ejaculation accompanying psychological factor , and no case appear penile erectile hypofunction , but the group of chlorimipramine has 6 cases appearing penile erectile hypofunction . Conclusion In clinical treatment effect of premature ejaculation, trazodone was as effective as chlorimipramine , but the side effect is smaller, and the effect of trazodone in premature ejaculation accompanying psychological factor is better.
