基于ASSP-MMC-1的步进电机控制器设计

摘要 设计了基于ASSP-MMC-1的步进电机控制器。首先分析了步进电动机的运行原理及细分技术原理,在硬件设计上,采用了TI公司的MSP430F149单片机作为主控制芯片,主控制单元向驱动电路传递脉宽调制(PWM)信号,通过驱动控制器(ASSP-MMC-1)实现对步进电动机的控制尤其是细分控制,并显示运行参数。在软件设计上,并采用模块化编程和结构化编程思想,最后通过调试实现控制器软硬件设计。 This paper designsa high precision stepper motor controller based on ASSP-MMC-1 chip. Firstly we analyzes the operation principle of stepper motor and subdivision technology principle. For the hardware design,MSP430F149 MCU is adopted as the main control chip. The main unit controls driver circuit and display the running parameter,which produces pulse width modulation( PWM) signals. The drive controller( ASSP-MMC-1) is designed for the subdividing-control of the stepping motor control. For the software design,the idea of modular programming and structured programming is used. Finally through debugging software and hardware design,the design of the controller is realized.
