水系在城市步行系统重建中的角色——以上海中心城区为例 被引量:2

摘要 在快速城市化进程中,城市步行空间被机动交通不断侵占和挤压,步行环境品质降低,同时城市原有的丰富水系也正在被不断蚕食和边缘化。水系的保护和利用对于建设可持续城市具有重要意义,水敏感城市设计不仅在技术上充分利用水资源,实现水资源的高效利用和对环境的保护,也是进行城市环境优化的重要途径。在城市步行系统的重建中,利用水系的自然条件可以创造丰富的步行景观环境,塑造具有自然特征的城市公共生活。水系将在城市步行系统的重建中扮演生态调节器、水灾害缓冲器、环境污染过滤器以及快节奏城市生活减速器和城市空间认知压缩器的角色。 In the rapid development of the city, the pedestrian space in city is being continuously occupied by motor vehicle traffic, and the quality of pedestrian environment is insufficient. On the other hand, the urban river network is being constantly eroded and marginalized in the process of rapid urbanization. The protection and utilization of river network has important significance for building a sustainable city. Water sensitive urban design can make full use of water resource, and it is also an effective path to optimize the urban environment. In the rebuilding of urban pedestrian system, the natural conditions of river network can help to create various pedestrian environment and natural urban public life. The use of river network will play an important role on the rebuilding of urban pedestrian system, such as role of ecological regulator, water hazard buffer, environmental pollution filter, fast paced urban life reducer and city spatial cognitive compressor.
