摘要
以煤矿巷道掘进为依托,完整给出轻型破碎机电气系统的设计与实现方案。该方案中轻型破碎机的设计完全独立于配套设备,具有设计简单、耦合性低、更新便捷等优点。重点阐述了电气原理、电气系统及程序设计。该样机经现场试验,结果表明该电气系统在很大程度上提高了煤炭的开采效率,具有较高的推广价值。
The design and implementation scheme of the electrical system of the light breaking machine is given based on the coal mine tunnel excavation. In this scheme,the design of the light- breaking machine is completely independent and the auxiliary equipment,which has the advantages of simple design,low coupling,and easy to update. Focuses on the electrical principle,electrical system and program design,the prototype field tests. The results show that in a large extent improve the efficiency of coal mining,with the promotion of high value.
