摘要 现防爆车辆已成为现代化矿井辅助运输设备的重要运输工具,但数量、种类繁多的防爆车辆在煤矿井下巷道中运行,其交通运行的安全问题将成为现代化矿井建设的一个重要课题。通过研究分析,应用Wi-Fi无线网络信号构建了井下防爆车辆运行控制系统,制定防爆车辆的交通运行控制策略,防爆车辆便可根据LED信号灯指示行驶,将所采集的车辆信息数据上传到调度中心,并进行实时显示、储存、控制和统计。实践证明,井下防爆车辆运行控制系统运行可靠,有效提高了辅助运输的效率,减少了辅助运输系统运行的安全隐患。 Explosion proof vehicle has become an important means of transport for modern mine auxiliary equipment,but the safety problem of the number and types of explosion-proof vehicles running in the underground mine is an important issue in the modern mine construction. Through the research and analysis,the Wi-Fi wireless network signal is used to construct the operation control system of the underground explosion-proof vehicle,and the traffic operation control strategy is formulated. The vehicle can be used for the LED signal light and the vehicle information data is uploaded to the dispatch center. The practice proves that the operation and control system of underground explosion proof vehicle is reliable,and it can improve the efficiency of auxiliary transportation,and reduce the safety hazard of auxiliary transportation system.
