摘要
使用Abaqus仿真分析软件和试验检测技术,分析大吨位矿用电动轮自卸车轮边减速器机架断裂原因,并提出解决措施。经过实际的仿真分析和检测证明所述方法可行性和有效性。
The side reducer frame fracture of a heavy mining tip truck was analyzed with simulation analysis software Abaqus and test detection technique for finding the cause of failure and counter measures. The practical simulation and test detection show that the described method is feasible and effective.
