摘要
随着采煤技术的迅速发展,铸石刮板输送机得到了广泛的应用。介绍了一种新型XGZ系列铸石刮板输送机的技术改进方案,分析了新型铸石刮板输送机的优势。实践证明,结构改进后的铸石刮板输送机输送效率得到提高,中间槽刮板链、盖板的使用寿命均得到延长,节省了生产成本。
With the rapid development of coal mining technology,cast stone scraper machine has been widely used. Introduces a new type of XGZ series buried scraper machine technical improvement scheme,analyzes the advantages of new cast stone scraper machine. Practice has proved that the improved structure of the cast stone scraper conveyor transmission efficiency is improved,the service life of the middle groove of scraper chain,a cover plate are to extend,save the production cost.
