To Start a Business As a Way of Life:An Interview on the Goal-Orientated Entrepreneurship Education in Colleges and Universities

教育的目的是为了促进人的全面发展,创业教育也是如此。在当前大众创业、万众创新的背景下,为了实现服务于国家加快转变经济发展方式、进一步深化高等教育教学改革、以创业带动就业,实现"突破人才培养薄弱环节,增强学生的创新精神、创业意识和创新创业能力"的效果,落实"面向全体、注重引导、分类施教、结合专业、强化实践"的教学原则,高校的创业教育可以围绕创业人生的理想教育、创新组织的能力教育和自主创业的技能教育三个不同层次来展开,努力培养学生的创业创新意识,使学生将创业视为一生的生活方式。在促进人的全面发展的同时,协调国家意志的长期战略需要和人力资源的短期市场配置,形成新时期高等学校创业教育的中国特色。

Under the background of business startups and innovations by the general public in our country,in order to accelerate transformation of the mode of economic development,the teaching reform of higher education needs to be further deepened,the strategic objectives of business startups stimulating the employment is to be achieved,the effects of 'breaking through the weak links of talent training,enhancing the innovative spirit,the pioneering consciousness and ability of innovation and entrepreneurship of students'are to be achieved. The teaching principles of oriented courses for all students, emphasized guidance, leveled teaching,specialized courses and strengthened practice are implemented,entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities is not simply equal to independent entrepreneurial management education and the feasible arrangement is to divide the entrepreneurship education into three different levels of teaching,that is the ideal education of venture life,the ability education of innovation organization and the skill education of entrepreneurship. The consciousness of entrepreneurship and innovation is cultivated to enable students to see entrepreneurship as a way of life,so as to promote the people's development in an all-round way to coordinate the will of the state's long-term strategic needs and human resources of market allocation in the short period for the purpose of the formation of the new era of entrepreneurship education with Chinese characteristics.
