支撑喉镜联合鼻内镜下声带息肉摘除的手术配合

Operative cooperation for vocal cord polypectomy with self-retaining laryngoscope combining nasal endoscopy

目的:探讨支撑喉镜联合鼻内镜下声带息肉摘除的手术配合及护理。方法:选取我院2014年8月至2015年8月56例声带息肉的患者为研究对象,总结在行支撑喉镜联合鼻内镜下声带息肉摘除手术中的护理配合,观察患者术后的治愈率及并发症的发生情况。结果:所有患者均顺利完成手术,术后第1天、第4天、第15天患者的治愈率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。虽有并发症的发生,但术后1周自行恢复,不影响治疗。结论:手术配合及护理能有效的保证支撑喉镜联合鼻内镜下声带息肉摘除的手术效果,提高治愈率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To discuss the operative cooperation and nursing for vocal cord polypectomy with self-retaining laryngoscope combining nasal endoscopy. Methods：56 patients with vocal cord polyp admitted in our hospital during August 2014 to August 2015 were selected for the study on nursing cooperation for vocal cord polypectomy with self-retaining laryngoscope combining nasal endoscopy. Postoperative cure rate and incidence of complication were observed. Resuhs：All patients successfully went through the operation. The cure rates on postoperative day 1 ,day 4 and day 15 had statistically significant differences（ P 〈0.05）. Complication occurred and self-healed 1 week after surgery and it did not affect the treatment. Conclusion：Operative cooperation and nursing can effectively promote the effect of vocal cord polypectomy with self-retaining laryngoscope combining nasal endoscopy,and it can improve the cure rate so it is worthy of clinical application.
