摘要
采用菌丝生长速率法测定9种杀菌剂对番茄晚疫病病菌的抑制作用。结果表明:32%氟吡菌胺·吡唑醚菌酯悬浮剂对菌丝生长的抑制作用最强,抑制中浓度EC50为0.875 8 mg/L;7%丙森锌·吡唑醚菌酯水分散粒剂的室内抑菌效果最弱,抑制中浓度EC50为10.846 7 mg/L;其他7种杀菌剂40%氰霜唑·烯酰吗啉悬浮剂、52.5%噁酮霜脲氰水分散粒剂、35%嘧菌酯·氰霜唑悬浮剂、15%精甲霜灵·氟吗啉可湿性粉剂、60%嘧菌酯·霜脲氰悬浮剂、60%唑醚·代森联水分散粒剂、500 g/L氟啶胺悬浮剂有效抑制中浓度(EC50)依次为1.748 4、1.628 4、2.584 4、3.200 8、5.163 2、6.166 9、8.221 5 mg/L。
The inhibitory activity of 9 fungicides against Altemaria solani Sorauer causing potato early blight was determined by the myeelial growth rate test.The results showed that the inhibition activity (ECs0was 0.875 8 mg/L) of 32% azoxystrobin-hexaconazole SC to myeelial growth was much stronger than the other fungicides.7% Propineb pyrazole kresoxim indoor WG had the weakest inhibitory effect,inhibiting concentration ECs0 was 10.846 7 mg/L; effective inhibition concentration (EC50) of seven other fungicides 40% eyazofamid.dimethomorph SC,52.5% evil ketone cymoxanil WG, 35% azoxystrobin "eyazofamid SC, 15% mefenoxam .flumorph WP ,60% azoxystrobin, cymoxanil SC ,60% pyraclostrobin.metiram water dispersible granules ,500 g/L SC fluazinam werel.748 4,1.628 4,2.584 4,3.200 8,5.163 2,6.166 9,8.221 5 mg/L,respectively.
