苹果、柑橘和梨中灭幼脲残留量测定及其在贮藏期间变化研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究苹果、柑橘和梨中灭幼脲残留吸收与贮藏温度、储存时间的关系。苹果、柑橘和梨经灭幼脲溶液浸泡处理后在室温或冷藏条件下储存,然后定期进行液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS)测定。结果表明院方法回收率为87.86%~103.4%,检出限为0.06 ng/m L,定量限为0.2 ng/m L,线性范围为1~500 ng/m L,线性相关系数0.996,相对标准偏差RSD为2.2%~7.5%。苹果、柑橘和梨在室温条件下贮藏对灭幼脲的吸收高于低温,果皮灭幼脲残留水平随着储存时间的延长而下降,果肉残留水平随着贮藏时间先上升后下降且果皮的残留水平高于果肉。 To study the relationship between the residual absorption of chlorbenzuron and storage temperature and storage time,the apples ,oranges and pears with a dipping treatment were stored at room temperature or at 0-4 ℃,then chlorbenzuron residue levels with LC-MS/MS were determined. The average recoveries ranged from 87.86% to 103.4% with a RSD between 2.2 % to 7.5% .The results showed that the limit of detection and the quantitation limit was estimated to be 0.06 ng/mL and 0.2 ng/mL respectively under the optimal conditions ,the linear ranges were 1-500 ng/mL while the relative coefficient was 0.996.The residue levels showed that less absorption at 0-4 ℃ ,and the residual level in peel decreased with the prolonging of storage time ,while the residual level in pulp increased first and then decreased with the prolonging of storage time.The residual level in peel was higher than that in pulp.
