饲料中不同的蛋白质水平对黄姑鱼生长性能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 为探讨黄姑鱼对饲料中蛋白质的适宜需求量,试验按照粗蛋白38.53%、40.45%、42.56%、44.61%和46.48%配制成5组饲料,对照组饲为含蛋白40.12%的5#鲈鱼饲料,试验期90 d。结果表明院蛋白质含量为42.56%的处理,黄姑鱼成鱼的增重率达75.56%、饲料转化率52.48%、蛋白质效率123.31%、特定生长率0.63%/d,均显著优于其他处理,养殖效率最高。经过回归分析发现,其成鱼饲料的蛋白水平在41.65%~43.02%时,可满足成鱼生长的需要并获得理想的养殖效果。 To explore the appropriate demand of dietary protein for adult Nibea albiflora,five diets formulated at the protein levels of 38.53%, 40.45% ,42.56% ,44.61% and 46.48% were fed to adult Nibea olbiflora,and fed the perch diet of protein 40.12% as the control. The experiment fish were reared for 90 d. The results showed that the protein levels of 42.56% experimental group of in weight gain rate ( WGR)was 75.56%, feed conversion ratio(FCR)was 52.48% ,protein efficiency ratio(PER)was 123.31% and specific growth rate (SGR)was 0.63%/d ,there were better than that of others group and the control group, significant (P〈0.01 or P〈0.05 ). For the regression analysis, the ideal culture for the protein requirement was 41.65%- 43.02%.
