摘要
应用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)和气相色谱(GC)技术,建立了大豆油中抗氧化剂特丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ)的分析方法。样品经GPC全自动凝胶净化定量浓缩联用仪净化,HP-5(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm)色谱柱进行分离测定。本方法的检出限为4 mg/kg。TBHQ在检测范围内具有良好的线性,在浓度1~1 000 mg/L范围内与峰面积呈线性相关,相关系数为0.999 6。加标油样的回收率在88.3%~95.4%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于4%。
Using gel penetration chromatography (GPC) and gas chromatography (GC) technique to establish analysis method of soybean oil antioxidant tertiary butyl hydroquinone (TBHQ). Sample by GPC automatic gel purification quantitative concentration spectrometer purification, HP-5 (30 m× 0.32 mm ,0.25 μm) for the separation and deter ruination of chromatographic column.The detection limit was 4 mg/kg.TBHQ had a good [inearity in the detection range,the concentration in the range of 1 -1 000 mg/L and the peak area was linear correlation,the correlation coefficient was 0.999 6. Recovery rate of oil sample was between 88.3% and 95.4%.The relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 4%.
