摘要
基于榨菜全过程和安全控制要求及《初级农产品安全区域化管理体系要求(GB/T26407)》,与示范区组织保障、质量安全标准化、农业化学投入品控制、质量安全追溯、质量安全检测检验监管、种植过程疫病防控、预警通报与应急、质量安全诚信和多元化国际市场等体系有机融合,建立出口榨菜质量安全示范区管理体系平台。3年的实践运行结果显示,出口涪陵榨菜安全水平提高,知名度提高,管理体系得到认可。分析了示范区平台建设存在的问题,并提出对策建议。
Based on pickle process and safety control requirements,systems on organization construction of demonstration area,pickle quality and safety standardization,chemical and agricultural investment control,traceability,inspection and test,plant disease prevention and control,alert and treatment,enterprise integrity and multiple international trade market were combined by GB/T26407 Regional Management System of Primary Agricultural Products Safety Requirements. Management platform of export pickle quality and safety demonstration area was established. 3 years of practical operation results showed that security levels of export Fuling pickle were increased,more known, management system was recognized. Problems in demonstration platform construction were analyzed and countermeasures were suggested.
