农业高等院校生物化学实验教学改革探讨

Exploration on Experimental Teaching Reform of Biochemistry Experiment in Agricultural Colleges and Universities

实验教学是生物化学教学中的重要环节,如何针对农业院校的专业特点提高生物化学实验课的教学质量是重要课题。结合河南农业大学生物化学实验课的教学改革实践,总结了生物化学实验课内容、教学方式以及考核方法等方面存在的问题和改革的举措。通过改革,学生的分析能力得到了有效提高,学习热情大大被激发,实验动手能力逐步增强。所进行的改革为培养学生的实验创新能力奠定了坚实基础。

Experimental teaching plays pivotal role in biochemistry teaching for university education.It is an important subject to improve the effect of experiment teaching according the characteristics of the specialties in agricultural colleges and universities.Combined with the practice of teaching reform of Biochemistry Experiment Course in Henan Agricultural Universlty,this paper summarized the problems and reform measures, teaching methods and examination methods in the course of biochemistry experiment.A series of reforms improved the students＂ analysis ability effectively, stimulated the enthusiasm of study greatly, and enhanced the students＂ abilities in the test skill gradually.Through reforms, a solid foundation was lald for cultivating students＂ innovation ability.
