江西省13家MMT门诊改善患者家庭与社会功能的效果比较

Comparison of 13MMT Clinics in Jiangxi Province for Improving Family and Social Function

目的评价江西省13家美沙酮维持治疗门诊对患者家庭与社会功能的治疗效果,为促进江西省美沙酮维持治疗工作提供依据。方法采用序贯法,随机抽取了江西省13家门诊部60%的1501例在治患者,对其治疗前后的家庭与社会功能进行调查,采用密切值法对13家门诊的家庭与社会功能疗效进行评价分析。结果 1501例吸毒患者,51.1%患者认为治疗后"对家人说谎"明显减少;30.8%认为"偷拿家里财务"明显减少;5.1%认为"帮助家人做家务"明显增加;55.6%认为"因吸毒受到家人责备"明显减少;24.2%认为"从家人得到的支持和照顾"明显增加;16.8%认为"从朋友得到的支持和照顾"明显增加;11.6%认为"与不吸毒朋友来往"明显增加;12.9%认为"与吸毒朋友来往"明显减少;17.7%认为"感觉与邻居的关系"明显改善;13家门诊在家庭与社会功能方面的综合疗效依次为:安源、丰城、九江、湘东、吉安、西湖、东湖、景德镇、青云谱、抚州、乐平、上饶、赣州门诊。结论江西省13家门诊中安源、丰城、九江3家门诊在改善患者的家庭与社会功能方面工作相对较好、疗效较优,建议其他门诊部去学习其经验做法,更好地推动美沙酮维持治疗工作。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of 13 methadone maintenance treatment（MMT）clinics in Jiangxi province on patients＇ family and social function,and to provide a basis for the promotion of MMT.Methods Using the sequential method,1501patients（60%）treated in 13 clinics in Jiangxi province were randomly selected using the sequential method to investigate their family and social function.In addition,the therapeutic effects of MMT clinics on patients＇ family and social function were evaluated by close-value method.Results Among the1501 drug addicts,51.1% thought that ＂lying to family members＂decreased after treatment,30.8%thought that ＂stealing family property＂decreased after treatment,5.1% thought that＂helping with housework＂increased after treatment,55.6% thought that＂suffering blame from family due to taking drugs＂reduced after treatment,24.2%thought that＂support and care provided by family members＂increased after treatment,16.8%thought that＂support and care provided by friends＂increased after treatment,11.6%thought that＂contacting with non-drug-using friends＂increased after treatment,12.9% thought that＂contacting with drug-using friends＂decreased after treatment,and 17.7%thought that＂relations with neighbors＂were improved.The comprehensive curative effects of the 13 MMT clinics on family and social function were ranked as follows：Anyuan,Fengcheng,Jiujiang,Xiangdong,Ji＇an,Xihu,Donghu,Jingdezhen,Qingyunpu,Fuzhou,Leping,Shangrao,and Ganzhou.Conclusion Among the 13 MMT clinics in Jiangxi province,Anyuan,Fengcheng and Jiujiang clinics provide better results than others for improving patients＇ family and social function.We suggest that other clinics learn from their experience to promote MMT.
