82例尘肺并发肺癌患者的临床探讨

Clinical Study of 82 Cases of Pneumoconiosis Complicated with Lung Cancer Patients

目的探讨尘肺并发肺癌的临床诊治。方法回顾性分析我院收治的82例尘肺并发肺癌患者的病例资料。结果 82例患者,Ⅰ期尘肺并发肺癌58(70.7%)例,Ⅱ期尘肺并发肺癌17(18.3%)例,Ⅲ期尘肺并发肺癌7(8.5%)例。结论尘肺并发肺癌与吸烟有很大的关系,且多为Ⅰ期尘肺并发肺癌。临床易于误诊,故应在诊治中高度重视。

Objective This survey was made to investigate and analyze the clinical diagnosis and treatment of pneumoconiosis complicated with lung cancer.Methods The data of 82 cases of pneumoconiosis complicated with lung cancer in coal occupation disease hospital were followed up retrospectively.Results Among 82 patients,pneumoconiosis stageⅠ had 58（70.7%）patients with lung cancer,pneumoconiosis stageⅡ had 17（18.3%）patients with lung cancer,and pneumoconiosis stage Ⅲ had 7（8.5%）patients with lung cancer.Conclusion Pneumoconiosis complicated with lung cancer has a great relationship with smoking,pneumoconiosis stageⅠ has more opportunities to get lung cancer,which we should pay great attention to in the diagnosis and treatment.
