核心价值观大众化:西方的经验及其借鉴

Popularization of core values: Western countries' experience and enlightenment

在简要论述核心价值观及其大众化的内涵、机理与效用基础上,从政府主导、政党推动、学校教育、社会教化四个维度梳理了西方发达国家推进社会核心价值观大众化的方式及其实践经验,并提出中国推进社会主义核心价值观大众化过程中借鉴其经验的方略:充分发挥执政党和政府的主导作用;建立多元主体协同推进的机制;增强学校教育的主渠道功能。

Based on briefing connotations of core values and their popularization, mechanism and effects, the paper generalizes western countries＇ experiences of promoting the popularization of core values from the perspectives of government-led, political party-driven, school educational, social moralized, and it proposes some enlightenment for China： to give full play to the leading role of the ruling party and government, to establish the plural coordination mechanism, and to strengthen the functions of main channel of school education.
