摘要
高校德育舆论环境的优劣是影响高校德育效果的重要因素。高校德育舆论环境具有整体格局上的相对独立性及实践主体的同质性、发挥作用浅层及采取措施机械化的特征,它无法承受由互联网技术所创设的虚拟舆论环境带来的巨大冲击。本文从虚拟舆论环境宏观层面的统摄性、中观层面的包容性和微观层面的主动性来回应对高校德育提出的新要求,并分析了高校德育虚拟舆论环境应具备平等的参与性与立体的交互性、传播的开放性与途径的多样性等特征,最后从主体能动、客体塑造及环境优化三个层面对高校德育虚拟舆论环境现实优化路径进行了可行性探讨。
The quality of moral education is an important factor affecting the effect of moral education in universities. The traditional public opinion environment of moral education has such characteristics as relatively independence,homogeneity of practical subject,small effect,and inflexible measures. And it can't fit the huge impact of a virtual public opinion environment formed by internet. From the control of macro level,the inclusiveness of meso level,and the initiative of micro level,this paper discusses the new requirements,and analyzes that the virtual public opinion environment of university moral education should have the characteristics: equal participation,three-dimensional interaction,openness of communication,and diversity of ways. Finally,from the three levels of subjective initiative,object shaping and environment optimization,it discusses the realistic optimizing path of virtual public opinion environment in university moral education.
