摘要
基于实现对某型号导引头故障的快速诊断、准确定位的目的,研究了一种基于故障树分析法的解决方案。通过对导引头建立故障树模型,进行定性、定量分析,提取故障树最小割集,计算最小割集重要度和可靠度。按照最小割集重要度大的部件优先检测的顺序生成诊断流程,提示操作人员按照流程进行诊断并找出故障源。该诊断流程提高了诊断效率,可以用于导引头的快速诊断。
In order to do a fast and accurate positioning in the process of seeker troubleshooting, the article designs a solution which is based on fault tree analysis. The test first builds a fault tree model of the seeker, extracts the minimal cut sets by qualitative and quantitative analysis and computes the priority and reliability of minimum cut sets. The diagnostic flow is created according to the order of importance of minimum cut sets in which the users can be guided to find the fault part. The diagnostic flow improves the efficiency of diagnosis and can be used in the seeker diagnosis of the transmitter.
